Luisa Omielan: What Would Beyoncé Do?!

After rave reviews I was keen to see Luisa’s show and find out exactly what Beyoncé would do. Through break-ups and her sex life (why she doesn’t wait to text a guy the morning after, although asking for cooking advice is probably not ideal), Luisa also threw in a curveball with a look at mental health, a delicate subject she tackled well. Modern references (hashtag) and Titanic moments were effortlessly weaved into the storytelling. South Park’s Trey Parker and Matt Stone may find a good female writing partner in Luisa too. For the flaws we loved her all the more; for the bootylicious dancing she proved she had balls. We left happy, Beyoncé’s music playing in our heads.
