Brighton motorcyclist seriously injured in crash
A motorcyclist was seriously injured in a crash in Brighton on Tuesday morning (15 October).
The 25-year-old motorcyclist from Brighton was riding a Suzuki SV6 which crashed with a white Fiat Florino car in Davey Drive at the junction with Waverley Crescent, in Hollingdean, at 7.05am.
The rider was taken to the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton with a broken neck, back and ribs and suspected internal injuries.
He was later transferred to King’s College Hospital in London.
The driver of the Fiat, a 52-year-old man from Brighton, was unhurt.
