BrEMF – Early Music Club Night – Cool Passion

It was meant to be a promenade concert with the audience coming and going throughout this three-hour-plus marathon schedule with no interval. Torrential rain encouraged the audience to stay put, without enough seats so many stood and others sat on the floor.

They were rewarded with a sequence of brilliant concerts from young international performers including Little Baroque Company, Il Nuovo Chiaroscuro, Borromini Quartet, I Flautisti, Flauguissimo, and singers Esther Brazil and Greg Skidmore, compered convivially by recorder virtuoso Piers Adams.
