Following the success of its tenth anniversary charity event, Art at Five donates £2,400 to drop4drop
Brighton’s Art at Five gallery donated a cheque for £2,400 to Brighton-based water aid charity drop4drop last week. The money raised will go to fund two wells in India, which are being built for two communities in Andhra Pradeshi.
The money was raised as a result of an initiative called Ten for 10, which saw ten of the gallery’s artists donate work.
The winners and the painting they won are:

• Rosemary Simon: ‘Sous-Bois’ by Nick Vivian.
• L. Gale: ‘Tuscan Tapestry’ by Maureen Greenwood.
• Andrew Mead: ‘Essence’ by Philippe Aird.
• Robert Oddy: ‘Crystal Springs’ by Louise Brooks.
• Mandie Davis: ‘Melody’ by Tina Davies.
