Light bites: Hot stuff at 64º

Chef Michael Bremner has just opened his stylish new concept restaurant here in Brighton. Now normally I would baulk at the word ‘concept’, but not this time. This really is an exceptionally good idea, a sort of half way house between a tapas idea and a tasting menu – and all at pretty sensible prices. I’ve already sampled a few tasters and I was blown away, and a few days later we all went back for their stunning Sunday lunch, truly epic food and entertaining too. I will report fully very soon but I can recommend it on just two very early visits.
