Pink Floyd have been more than fortunate that their live musical legacy is being preserved intact without them having to rise from a comfortably numb retirement, by a group of multi talented musicians touring the world as Brit Floyd.

Remarkably faithful versions of all the iconic anthems are ladled out to an audience of loyal baby boomers who mouth along to every syllable, transporting themselves back to a time before kids, the mortgage and the mobile phone.

The sincerity of the musicians and their obvious delight at recreating this classic catelog, sets Brit Floyd apart from a run-of-the-mill tribute band. Pink Floyd’s original drummer Nick Mason has said that the Brits are better than the real thing. Is that possible?
