Brighton man suffers broken jaw in attack outside club
A Brighton man suffered a broken jaw when he was attacked outside a night club in the centre of town.
The 21-year-old victim was assaulted outside Psychosocial, in Morley Street, Brighton. The venue was previously known as the Ocean Rooms.
The victim was attacked after a Saturday night out and Sussex Police said that officers were keen to hear from witnesses.
A 35-year-old man, from Brighton, was arrested on suspicion of assault causing grievous bodily harm (GBH) with intent. He was questioned and bailed until Sunday 19 January.
Anyone who saw the attack, which happened at about 3.40am on Sunday 17 November, is asked to phone Sussex Police on 101 or call the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
