Pilates studio stretches into bigger premises

Brighton Pilates Studio (BPS) expanded into bigger premises next to Hove Station, on 9th December.

With its own separate entrance on Station Approach, BPS will occupy the top floor of Ralli Hall.

The new venue is flooded with light, features the latest equipment, sky high ceilings, spacious rooms with parquet wooden floors, changing rooms and several therapy rooms.

BPS’ new timetable will include Garuda, a crafted blend of yoga, Pilates and dance, dynamic group reformer classes and a full fitness and rehabilitation Pilates programme. The large new premises will allow us to offer studio classes on equipment, dynamic Pilates reformer classes, mat Pilates, Garuda and yoga as well as therapy rooms for osteopathy and massage. It’s fantastic to see they are able to meet the growing demand from a spacious and light studio, and so centrally located next to
