Sam Chara and The Love Interest

A stunning evening was had in the company of Sam Chara and The Love Interest with their mind-blowing fusion of jazz and Kate Bush style lyrics in original compositions. All topics were covered ranging from lovers lost, aliens, manic depression and celebrating life to the fullest.

Sam’s hauntingly beautiful operatic voice complimented the intimacy of the downstairs section of Latest MusicBar and made the two other band members sound like there were more people involved. As performers and musicians they are great individually, but despite completely different styles fused, it worked so well as a whole.
