El Born play Brighton Komedia

El Born will play Brighton Komedia on Monday 3rd February 2014 ahead of the release of their debut EP ‘Kangaroo’.

The duo will bring their dynamic alternative rock songs to Brighton as part of a 30 date tour of the UK that ends on the 27th March.

El Born are Si Connelly and Hils who have recently enjoyed praise from eight time Brit Award winners Coldplay who posted the song ‘1982’ on their website.

The London-based band have recently finished recording their debut album with Chris Potter (Urban Hymns) and Dom Morley (Back to Black).

The ‘Kangaroo EP’ is dominated by mid-tempo alternative rock songs with a folk influence apart from ’1982’ – a nostalgic track where Si Connelly reflects on the failings of a relationship.
