Are You Man Enough for Zumba Glow?

The South Coast’s first ever Zumba Glow event will take place on Friday 21st Feb, but out of 150 people already signed up only three of them are male.

Speaking about the event, organiser Clem Hunnisett said: “We knew our Zumba event would attract a lot of women but we thought Brighton was full of men who would be up for the challenge. We’re really wondering where all the men are?”

Martlets Zumba Glow will be the first UV Zumba party on the South Coast and is a three hour, glow in the dark, dance marathon led by professional Zumba instructors. Fluorescent lighting will give the event a club like feel and participants are encouraged to wear UV clothing and accessories. Percussionists will bring a live energy to the night and add to the party atmosphere. The dance challenge will start at 7.30pm and finish at 11pm and participants will be encouraged to take regular breaks.
