The Wanted
The Wanted are no more, but they went out on a high. ‘Running Out Of Reasons’ had an American, Fallout Boy edge to it. Catchy, a little bit indie and a little bit Backstreet Boys. Despite a bad throat, Jay McGuiness ruled the night with help from fans who sang along to every word. In ‘Demons’ they proved they’re not just the boy band poster boys; they play instruments too.’Warzone’ was spectacular and ‘Chasing The Sun’ had everyone jumping by the end. Bringing fans onto the stage brought back ’90s memories. As an ‘older’ fan I couldn’t see Nathan’s appeal, the winner of the night for me was the super talented drummer, whose energy was contagious.
