Apparently ‘based’ on the true story of a 1970s science experiment, this Hammer horror flick follows a university professor (Mad Men’s Jared Harris) who convinces a group of PHD students to help him create a poltergeist. Harnessing the psychic energies of a seriously messed-up test subject, the team then end up unleashing rather more than they bargained for.
Well, what did they expect?
