The Horne Section

Alex Horne and his band of talented musical chums kept us enthralled from start to finish. Literally warming the audience up when many might have been flagging from the energy, with an okey-cokey move and recall and an uniquely anarchic audience Twister, this was boisterous fun all the way through. Props appeared with the simplicity and disposability as if from a Roadrunner cartoon, eliciting their laughs and then forgotten. The spacial guest was familiar to many – Rolf The Dog, as frequently seen busking on Gardner Street – and proved utterly engaging and entertaining, as his set in full is rarely seen by a single audience. Thank you for this rollicking fine and funny evening.
