McBusted

The queues outside the Brighton Centre began from early afternoon, curious passers-by wondering why on earth anyone would be waiting outside for so long. The answer? Two of the biggest boy bands from the past ten years forming one six-membered super group, McBusted. For those who don’t know, that’s Mcfly and Busted. The show began with a Back To The Future style opening on big screens, with two members of Busted arriving on stage in a DeLorean. The screams from the crowd were absolutely deafening. The chemistry and laddish larks between both groups makes it hard to believe they have ever been two separate bands at all. A flawless set list of hits including ‘Glad I Crashed The Wedding’, ‘Year 3000’, ‘All About You’ and ‘Five Colours In Her Hair’ combined with pyrotechnics and well-timed imagery on backing screens easily makes this one of the top tours of the year.
