Woman charged with assault in Brighton during March for England
A 32-year-old woman has been charged with assault in Brighton during the March for England.
The attack is alleged to have happened in West Street, Brighton, during the March for England and counter protest on Sunday 27 April.
The woman, whose name and address cannot be mentioned for legal reason, is due to appear at Brighton Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 3 July.
Sussex Police said: “A woman has been charged in relation to an offence in Brighton on 27 April in connection with the March for England and counter protest.”
