With this 28-day programme, using high-intensity exercises including kettlebells and fun group exercises (no running included!), you can finally have the body you want, or your money back!

At the group induction everything will be explained to you in detail and your questions answered. You’ll then be expected to attend at least three exercise classes either in Brighton (Varndean School, Ditchling Road) or Hove (St Phillips Church, New Church Road), whilst following an easy detox diet which has had past participants lose up to 8kg of bodyfat in 28 days!
