Three bailed as police name Brighton murder victim
The man who was found dead at a property in Brighton in the early hours of Friday (4 July) has been named as Nicholas Widgery.
Sussex Police said that post-mortem tests had been carried out on the body of Mr Widgery, who was 26 years old and from Newham in east London.
But the tests were inconclusive and the cause of his death has not yet been established and toxicology results were awaited.
Three men from Brighton – aged 41, 28 and 24 – were arrested on suspicion of murder.
They have been released on bail by Sussex Police until Thursday 4 September.
Mr Widgery was found dead at a property in Upper Rock Gardens, Brighton, at about 4am on Friday.
