Brighton primary school turns back the clock with new medieval house

Brighton’s Moulsecoomb Primary School has turned back the clock with the opening of its medieval house.

The building was opened as part of the school’s Medieval Fayre which gave students the chance to experience what life was like 700 years ago.

Governors said the house is the latest addition to the school’s collection of historical buildings which help youngsters take their history lessons beyond the classroom.

Among other activities that took place during the fair were performances from the school’s choir and samba band.
