Griffith Smith Farrington Webb is one of the first firms in the country accredited under the Law Society’s new Wills
and Inheritance Quality Scheme (WIQS).
The Law Society has accredited the first group of law firms to its new Wills and Inheritance Quality Scheme (WIQS).
Griffith Smith Farrington Webb LLP are one of the first 40 firms to secure accreditation.
The scheme is aimed at Solicitors Regulation Authority regulated practices that offer will drafting, probate and estate administration services.
Accreditation is awarded to firms who demonstrate to clients their commitment to the highest standards of client service.
Griffith Smith Farrington Webb LLP has undergone a rigorous assessment to gain the WIQS accreditation. The tax, trusts and estates team at Griffith Smith Farrington Webb LLP undertake wide-ranging training, self-reporting, random audits and annual reviews in order to maintain the highest standards of client service and WIQS status.
