Commuter delight as pop-up piano appears at Brighton Station
A pop-up piano has been installed at Brighton station giving commuters and visitors the chance to tinkle the ivories in front of thousands of weary passengers.
The piano was installed after Peter Kyle, Labour’s prospective parliamentary candidate for Hove, spotted a similar one at St Pancras in London.
After he tweeted Southern suggesting something similar was set up in Brighton, rail bosses found themselves a piano of their own.
The Punch and Judy-themes instrument is now available for anyone to sit down and start playing.
