Musician swaps rock ‘n’ roll lifestyle to open new healthy snack shack in Brighton

He has recorded music with musical legends such as Bryan Ferry and Johnny Marr.

But after catching the Brighton bug, Steve Parsons has swapped the rock ‘n’ roll lifestyle for something a little healthier.

California Soul Bowl in Middle Street, Brighton, opened last month.

And after the success, a second store has been launched on a pop-up basis for six weeks near Churchill Square Shopping Centre.
