Competitions: Win tickets to see The Good Old Days
Inspired by the long-running TV show of the same name, The Good Old Days is a variety show celebrating the music and dance of the Victorian and Edwardian eras – and it’s coming to Eastbourne’s Royal Hippodrome Theatre on Monday 25 August. Featuring Strictly Come Dancing star, Anton Du Beke, alongside Christopher Molloy and Lee Thompson, The Good Old Days is a loving revival of the music hall tradition. Songs in the show include ‘Oh, What A Beauty’, ‘You Made Me Love You’, ‘Ma, He’s Making Eyes At Me’ and ‘Down At The Old Bull And Bush’.
The audience is encouraged to get involved and dress up in period costume. There’s even a prize for the best outfit. We also have a prize of our own: a pair of tickets to the show. For your chance to win, all you need to do is tell us:
In which century did the music hall tradition begin?
