Martin Searle Solicitors’ Fundraising Success

Martin Searle Solicitors raised £880 for Brighton and Hove Citizens Advice Bureau for their 10th anniversary last week. The law firm organised a themed party on ‘Conflict and Resolution’ at the Latest Musicbar, in aid of Brighton and Hove CAB. More than 80 people turned out to support the event.

The party featured an extravaganza wine tasting for 60 with Henry Butler, a ‘Stick It On’ DJ, and performances from acclaimed indie rock singer/songwriter Chris T-T and all female doo-wop punk and new wave band, New York Dollies. Fiona Martin, Director of Martin Searle Solicitors, praised the generosity of everyone involved in supporting the event: “It was fantastic to have such an enthusiastic turnout. I’d like to thank all our performers and Henry Butler who gave up their time for free to support our birthday party and fundraising event. Also, a big thanks to all local businesses who donated raffle prizes such as Infinity Foods, Badger, 10 Green Bottles, Butler’s Wine Cellar, Sussex County Cricket Club and North Laines Hair Company.”

Frances Harrison from the CAB says: “It was a fantastic evening. Everything was brilliant and so helpful for the CAB. We even managed to recruit a new Board member from the digital media sector, which has been on our wish list for some time.”
