Labour brings its Seaside Express to Brighton and Hove in bid to woo voters

Labour activists flocked to Brighton and Hove yesterday (Monday August 18) in a bid to woo voters ahead the elections next year.

Shadow cabinet members Gloria De Piero and Jon Ashworth led the campaign.

As the city’s third party, they have a long way to go in order to retake the city council and three MP seats.

But those handing out leaflets were confident that with Ed Miliband in charge, they would have enough to usurp their Conservative and Green opponents.
