Police hunting for Brighton man to return him to prison

Sussex Police said that officers were trying to find a Brighton man to return him to prison.

The force said: “Police are searching for 41-year-old Nigel Maynard, a Brighton man who is wanted for recall to prison for breaching the terms of his prison release licence.

“Maynard, who is 6ft tall and of slim build, had been released on licence in July this year part way through his sentence for possession of drugs with intent to supply.

“But the Probation Service has notified police that he has failed to comply with his conditions.

“He is currently thought to be in the Brighton or Seaford areas.”
