Bus users are going mobile – with less than 20pc now buying tickets from drivers

Bus companies across Sussex have reported a huge rise in the number of mobile tickets being sold.

Brighton and Hove Bus Company claims that less than 20pc of tickets are now bought from the driver – and warn that more change could be around the corner.

But not everyone seems convinced that mobiles are the way forward.
