Brighton businesses push for VAT cut to help tourism industry

Everyone would like a tax cut of some form.

But a growing number of Brighton businesses are calling for VAT to be slashed in the tourism sector.

They claim it will encourage people to spend more. But some believe it will just favour the minority.
