Alive Fitness & Natural Health turn Spartan this October
Alive Fitness & Natural Health in Brighton are taking part in The Spartan Race for C-R-Y (Cardiac Risk in the Young) on Saturday 11 October 2014. They have a solid team of 20, and hope to raise awareness and upwards of £1,000 for the charity.
The company will also hold a charity day in the Alive Fitness & Natural Health gym on Tuesday 7 October, with a cake sale and raffle, with all money made through the classes that day going to the charity. The theme will be ’80s Workout’ in the hope that many people will dress up and get in the spirit.
Joseph Tanner of Alive Fitness & Natural Health says: “C-R-Y is a an important charity to me, and I’m a representative of C-R-Y via MyHeart … I had a cardiac arrest in 2008 and was then diagnosed with a rare heart condition. Please follow the links below to find out more about our charity events and my own story with C-R-Y.”
