Brighton and Hove’s plan for homes, jobs and open spaces delayed
It is a blueprint that will guide development in Brighton and Hove until 2030.
But more than two years after it was first discussed, politicians on Brighton and Hove City Council still cannot agree on the City Plan.
The document will decide where homes and jobs will be created over the next two decades.

But with more delays comes more cost – plus the risk that without a plan in place, developers will take advantage.
