Brighton and Hove leaders admit school expansion programme will continue

For years it has been described as a ticking time bomb.

And despite a handful of city schools being expanded in recent years, there seems no end in sight to the primary school place crisis.

As another Hove school was given the green-light to increase its capacity, Latest TV’s James Dunham quizzed city chiefs on the issue.
