Should half hour parking be reintroduced in Brighton and Hove?

Politicians are mounting a push to reinstall half-hour parking in Brighton and Hove.

The bands were scrapped shortly after the Greens took control of Brighton and Hove City Council.

It was claimed the decision would create a simpler system of paying to park.

But, opposition politicians claim there is a growing push to being it back – so those people just popping to the shops are not stung with a full hourly rate.
