UKIP candidate vows to carry on canvassing despite street attack

A Ukip candidate has said she will not be intimidated – this was after she received cuts and bruises when a member of the public attacked her stall.

Linda Reid, who is secretary of the party’s Brighton and Hove’s branch, was kicked and shoved while canvassing in George Street.
