20mph in Brighton and Hove differed

Twenty is not plenty for Brighton and Hove.

That is the verdict from Labour and Conservative councillors who voted to defer proposals to implement 20 mile per hour speed limits in the city’s suburbs.

Up to 280 roads would have had their speed limit reduced but as Latest TV’s James Dunham reports, plans will now go back to the drawing board.
