Brighton and Hove remembers the Holocaust

Thousands today bowed their heads to mark the 70th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz.

Hundreds of holocaust survivors gathered at the camp in Poland to mark the day.

And closer to home, a number of events were held to ensure that future generations do not forget.
