Man receives injury after being shot at Brighton flat

A man is in hospital after a shooting incident at Elmore Road, Brighton.

Three men who went to his address fired a single shot through the door which hit him but did not cause life-threatening injuries.

The man, who was the victim of mistaken identity, was taken by ambulance to the Royal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton, where he is now being treated.
