The Noise Next Door Comedy Lock In – Vicky Stone and Jim Campbell

Once again The Noise Next Door bring us a series of improvisational sketches based on suggestions from the audience, which went from the weird and wonderful, to the bizarre. As it was valentines themed, sketches ranged from creating the perfect lover, to a 50 Shades Blind date.

Whilst the boys were great in terms of energy and creativity, it was added to by the talents of the Jim Campbell and Vicky Stone as this month’s special guests. Jim’s comedy style at times was a little vague in attack, but his sarcastic wit compensated well. Vicki however was very direct and musical, which was very much like Victoria Wood with an alternative edge. Both threw themselves into the final few sketches well and had everyone in stitches.

It was a great night with occasional flat moments, but well worth going to see.
