Brighton’s former top cop teams up with international best-seller Peter James

It wasn’t that long ago that he was the city’s top cop.

But two years after stepping down as Brighton and Hove’s chief superintendent, Graham Bartlett is enjoying life away from the force.

As well as a variety of public roles, he’s writing a book with international best selling author Peter James.

Here he is revealing the plan to our very own Frank Le Duc.
