Pot plant traffic calming measures given hi-vis makeover

The improvised traffic calming measures in Brighton have been spruced up.

Some were left baffled when officials placed giant pot plants in Viaduct Road in a bid to slow vehicles down.

In a bid to make them more visible, signs have now been placed at the base of the containers.
