Carewatch’s Lisa Templeton named Team Member of the Year finalist at best home care awards

Lisa Templeton, an employee at local home care provider Carewatch Lewes & Mid Sussex, was named Team Member of the Year (South) finalist at the company’s annual franchise awards, which culminated in a glittering awards ceremony in Warwickshire recently.

The coveted awards recognise exceptional achievements in home care. They offer Carewatch and its franchisees an opportunity to share knowledge and best practice techniques, network with other industry professionals and have some fun in the process.

Competition was fierce with another Carewatch team member ultimately winning. However, Lisa was commended for her 15 years of loyal service and progressing in seniority through her company, helping to build it into the success it is today. This earned her a finalist’s certificate and a big round of applause on the night.

Carewatch has been providing national care and support services since 1993. It focuses on giving high quality support to those who want to live at home, providing a tailored and flexible approach to meeting the requirements of individuals in need.
