Parking meters across Brighton and Hove to be scrapped and replaced by pay-by-phone

Parking machines are to be scrapped across Brighton and Hove.

From later this year, half of the on street units will be replaced in favour of a pay by phone system.

Town hall chiefs say it is a more efficient way of doing things.

But not everyone is convinced
