Brighton teen banned from travelling abroad over fears he planned to join IS

A Brighton teenager has been banned from travelling abroad by the High Court – for fear he’ll travel to Syria.

The 16-year-old – who cannot be named for legal reasons – was brought before the courts after local authority staff raised concerns.
