Scaffolding firm fined for putting unstable structure on Brighton street
A scaffolding company who placed an unlicensed and dangerous structure on a Brighton street has been fined 13 hundred pounds.
Unlimted Scaffolding admitted to erecting a scaffolding on St George’s Terrace which was found to be freestanding.
A council officer also discovered poles at an angle across the pavement which could not be seen by pedestrians.
The West Midlands company had ignored the local authority request to make the scaffolding safe.
