Teens slammed as “idiots” for climbing under Brighton Pier

Pier officials have slammed a group who filmed themselves climbing under Brighton’s Palace Pier, saying they were plain stupid.

The comments came as a clip was posted online showing them scaling the Victorian attraction’s undercarriage

It was shot by apprentice carpenter and gymnast Ally Law.

The news comes after a man suffered spinal injuries when he jumped from the pier into shallow water on Saturday night.

But speaking to The Argus newspaper, Ally said their activities were totally different to that of a drunk man who jumped into the water at 9pm on Saturday.
