Motorists admit to using dead people’s blue badges in Brighton and Hove

Motorists have been using blue badges belonging to dead people to park illegally in our city.

The issue came to prominence as part of a disabled permit amnesty by the city council.

More than 20 drivers have come clean in the last fortnight.

But can more be done?
