Cost of building Brighton and Hove’s travellers site soars by £700,000

The cost of building the city’s permanent travellers site has soared – by £700,000.

Town hall bosses have now admitted that the total cost of the 12 pitch site at Horsdean will be £2.4 million.

So is this value for money?
