The Sound of Music

Austria’s most loveable governess has arrived in Eastbourne and she’s brought her favourite things as the town’s Congress Theatre welcomed the timeless family musical The Sound of Music. Starring Over the Rainbow contestant Danielle Hope as Maria, this show is a lavish production of the Rodgers and Hammerstein classic.

Danielle is truly delightful and a treat giving an all-round display of acting, dancing and singing – this Maria, you’ve gotta’ see her! A classy production which brings the charm of Salzburg with snow-capped mountains and Alpine lakes to life – each cast member young or old are flawless, top marks!
