Woman treated by ambulance crews after Hove fire

A woman had to be rescued after a fire at a property in Hove.

East Sussex Fire and Rescue were called to reports of smoke from an address in Third Avenue at 15:11 earlier this afternoon. (Tuesday August 11th)

Four engines from Hove, Roedean, Shoreham and Preston Circus attended.

The casualty was taken into the care of South East Coast Ambulance Service.

The cause of the incident was found to be accidental.
