Family of Shoreham Air Crash Victim Pay Tribute
The family of a 76 year old from Brighton who is believed to have died in Saturday’s air crash have paid tribute.
Maurice Abrahams, a former soldier in the Grendaier Guards and Parachute Reginment, is described as a well-respected and loved father and husnamd.
In a statement his family said:
He was proud to have served in the Grenadier Guards and the Parachute Regiment. He served in Cyprus and Bahrain with the UN. In his thirties he served as a police officer with Hampshire Police.
Maurice is one of up to 20 people believed to have been killed in the incident.
