Hamptons International’s summer of fundraising raises over £28,000 for Cancer Research UK
Leading residential agency, Hamptons International announced today that it has raised over £28,000 for Cancer Research UK this summer.
The Hamptons International Grand Prize Draw, participation in the Vitality British 10k London Run and two separate auctions for VIP sporting experiences all contributed toward this phenomenal fundraising total.
The Hamptons International Grand Prize Draw which took place throughout the month of July was open to customers, colleagues and friends. An impressive line-up of prizes was sourced by branches and teams throughout the Hamptons International network, with over £12,000 raised for Cancer Research UK. Prizes included a week’s stay in the French ski resort of Chamonix, a suite at the O2 arena to watch the ATP tennis, a framed and signed Didier Drogba football shirt and a Burberry handbag. Overnight hotel stays, VIP concert tickets, spa days, Land Rover and Aston Martin driving experiences, dining and gourmet gifts and much more besides were all also up for grabs.
Aside from the Grand Prize Draw, nearly 50 members of staff took part in the Vitality British 10k London Run in July, also raising over £12,000 for the charity.

Other fundraising activity included two auctions; the first to win a pair of debenture tickets for a day at Wimbledon and the second for two people to join Sir Ian Botham in his private box to watch an England vs. Australia Ashes Test match. Together, these raised nearly £5,000.
